Chad then worked internationally as a leadership consultant. Forbes recognized him as one of the senior consultants on a team awarded as one of the "Best Management Consulting Firms in America"; solidifying the group in the top 1% of all firms in the US.
He's also a dad to one teenage son named Cole (who is a heck of a soccer player and skier). Chad lives with Cole and his wife, Jennifer and Aussie Shepherd, Bailey. He runs his leadership business from his home offices in Vancouver and Whistler, B.C., Canada.
